This rota will comprise of working 7pm-9am and on 7 on / 14 off basis.
About the Hospital
Equipped with advanced facilities, the hospital offers:
- Dedicated wards for dogs, cats, exotics, and isolation cases.
- Three operating theatres with state-of-the-art surgical equipment.
- On-site diagnostic tools, including digital x-ray, ultrasound, Doppler, a CT suite, and a range of endoscopes.
- Rehabilitation services such as hydrotherapy, an underwater treadmill, and laser therapy.
- A fully equipped in-house laboratory for efficient diagnostics.
The hospital is staffed by an experienced and dedicated night team, including veterinary surgeons and RVNs, ensuring seamless care 24/7.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality overnight care to patients.
- Collaborate effectively with a skilled team to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide compassionate and professional client communication.
- Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a collaborative and positive culture.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be an RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon.
- Demonstrated experience in patient care and client service.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Leadership ability to inspire and guide the night team.
- A commitment to upholding and advancing clinical excellence.
