Here at Lloyd & Cowan we are delighted to be working with a practice who are now looking for another veterinary surgeon to join their wonderful team.
About the practice:
This is a well-established practice on the south coast, partner owned for 20 years; flourishing with a wide variety of interesting medical and surgical cases, a fantastic well-established team and great clients.
You will be joining an exceptional team lead by their Practice Owner and Practice Manager who is also their resident Mental Health First Aider and Practice Owner and Veterinary Surgeon, who is an Advanced Practitioner in small animal medicine. You will also be working with and have the full support of their experienced Head Vet and fellow vets alongside an incredible nursing team including nurses who undertake schedule 3 procedures, some of whom have over 20 years’ experience!
Their vet team hold regular meetings and they structure their days clearly taking 20 minutes for consults and to ensure there is also time to catch up on admin, allow for breaks and look after themselves as well as the patients in their care.
Working pattern:
Ideally this is a full-time role with part time also considered, with a shared weekend rota, Saturday only from 8:30am until 4:00pm with no Sunday’s and no OOH.
