We are excited to be working with a highly regarded, independent small animal practice in Lancashire for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their welcoming team. Based across three well-established branches located in Leigh, Bolton, and Hindley with diverse caseloads, this private practice offers the chance to further develop your career in a friendly, client-focused environment.

Key Details

  • £40,000 - £72,000 (DOE)

  • Full-time (40 hours/week) over 4, 4.5, or 5 days – flexible options available.

  • Part-time hours can be discussed.

  • Weekend shifts on a 7-week rota, with a mix of shorter Saturday and Sunday hours. Time off in lieu provided.

  • No out-of-hours duties

  • All appointments are 15 minutes, with extended consultations available if needed.

Practice Highlights

  • Fully equipped facilities, including ultrasound, digital X-ray, dental X-ray, tonometry, and an ultrasonic dental unit.

  • Excellent support team of RVNs and administrative staff.

  • Accessible location with close proximity to Manchester, public transportation, and major motorways (M6, M56, M60/M62).

  • Multiple branches for diverse caseload exposure, there may be some sole charge work at satellite branches.
