Lloyd & Cowan have a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established practice in Horncastle, Lincolnshire. This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week over four days, with a 1:3 half-weekend or 1:6 full weekend rotation. Part-time applications are also welcome, and flexibility is available to suit your needs.
The practice is centrally located with excellent transport links and has a dedicated client base. It is equipped with the latest technology and prides itself on delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. The practice also functions as a training centre for nurses, and you’ll receive valuable support from the branch partner, who is a qualified Veterinary GPD advisor.

Role Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality clinical care during consultations and procedures
Provide excellent client care with clear communication and patient updates
Maintain professional excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance and practice standards
Develop tailored treatment and care plans with accurate cost estimates
Mentor and support team members, enhancing their skills and team efficiency
Complete clinical handovers and arrange patient transfers as needed
Your Skills and Experience:
RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
Proven experience delivering exceptional patient and client care
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong leadership skills and a passion for implementing a progressive clinical culture
Ability to coach and mentor colleagues to drive performance and quality care
