Role Highlights
As part of this role, you will:
- Balance clinical and referral responsibilities in a modern, purpose-built facility.
- Handle a varied caseload, including emergency and critical care, orthopaedic surgeries, and advanced soft tissue procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to provide the highest standards of patient care.
- Mentor junior clinicians, fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
- Proactively contribute to the growth and performance of the referral service.
Applicant Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold certification or diplomate status in Orthopaedics and/or Soft Tissue Surgery (e.g., DACVS/DipECVS).
- Be registered with the Veterinary Council of Ireland (VCI) and eligible to work in Ireland by January 2025.
- Have experience in a multi-discipline referral hospital setting.
- Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor and lead a team.
