Compensation:
Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 annually with the opportunity to earn production bonuses.
Clinical Role: This position requires 50-75% of time spent in a clinical role within the hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
Mentorship and Coaching: The Senior Medical Director will serve as a mentor and coach, nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous improvement among veterinary professionals.
Collaboration: This role involves close collaboration with regional leadership to recruit, train, and develop veterinary teams.
Strategic Planning: The Senior Medical Director will provide strategic insights that inform annual planning, budgeting, and goal-setting, aligning efforts with broader company objectives.

Qualifications:
A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
A proven track record of leadership with a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience.
