We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Practice Manager to guide a small, independent vet practice in SW London into its next exciting chapter. About the Practice

This welcoming, independent practice has earned a strong reputation for compassionate, high-quality care, seeing mostly cats and dogs, with the occasional small pet. The team, made up of several vets, RVNs, and support staff, values collaboration and continuous improvement. Now, they’re looking for a new Practice Manager who can carry on their positive work culture and lead the practice toward new goals.

About the Role

The incoming Practice Manager will take on a range of duties, from overseeing daily operations and rota management to client account administration, team support, and even a bit of social media. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of management experience and clinical knowledge, along with excellent people skills to keep the team motivated and organised. This role would be particularly well-suited to an RVN with management experience, but all candidates with a background in veterinary practice leadership are encouraged to apply.

Salary

There is a competitive salary on offer for this position of up to £40,000!
