We at Lloyd & Cowan are pleased to be working with a practice who are seeking an experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon with four or more years of experience to join their enthusiastic and skilled team.
Role Overview:
As their Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will handle both routine and complex consultations, GP-level surgeries, dentistry, and imaging. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to maintain high clinical standards and exceptional client care. They prioritize flexibility and a healthy work-life balance, offering a great working rota to support this.
Work Schedule:
Enjoy a well-balanced rota with a 4 or 5-day workweek and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (9 am - 1 pm).
Skills and Experience Required:
Minimum of four years’ experience as a Veterinary Surgeon
Strong teamwork skills and openness to learning
Proven ability to manage and drive a successful team
Capability to grow the practice and foster client relationships
Independent consulting and problem-solving skills
Proficient in surgery and dentistry
Support and Collaboration:
You will have access to support from the practice, which include a CT machine and specialists in internal medicine, imaging, oncology, ophthalmology, dermatology, and surgery.
Salary:
£70,000 per annum, Up to, depending on experience
