**8 Vets/AVPs/Large Nursing team with Certificate Holders**

Lloyd & Cowan are pleased to be working with an independent small animal practice that operate across 2 sites, a flagship Hospital which is RCVS accredited and a purpose built branch that opened 3 years ago.

Benefitting from a fully equipped facility and a dedicated team, they ensure thorough workups and maintain continuity in case management.

The Team

A large team of eight vets with Advanced Practitioners in Anaesthesia, ECC and Medicine and a diplomat orthopaedic surgeon.  They are fully supported by an experienced and dedicated front of house team. And their visiting Specialist vets in Soft Tissue Surgery, Cardiology and Diagnostic imaging allow them to provide an exceptional standard of care to all patients and the opportunity to care for interesting and challenging cases.

Along with a fantastic nursing team of eight RVNs and four SVNs is led by a DipAVN and includes ECC certificate holders.

The Ideal Vet

We would be looking for a veterinary surgeon - with ideally with a minimum of one year's experience although, they have the support to consider less. 

The right candidate will truly care for patients, be a good team player and be enthusiastic, proactive and motivated to provide a high quality first opinion service.

**They will provide consistent support and the opportunity to improve and grow as a vet. Post-graduate qualifications are encouraged.**

The Rota

You will enjoy a four day week plus two days off in lieu for working a weekend (Saturday and Sunday 8am – 5pm). 

The weekend rota is currently 1:8 and they use a dedicated out of hours provider for on call, but inpatients are cared for by their RVN team and the hospital is staffed 24/7.
