Our client who we are pleased to be working with a practice who are looking for an RVN to join their dedicated and compassionate team. This role has the potential to become Head RVN or is perfect for someone who potentially wants to move into that role.
About them:
At the practice they pride themselves on delivering top-tier care to their patients. They really invest in their people, facilities and equipment and they will provide you with a role that you feel truly valued and fulfilled.
They have the usual equipment and are planning on expanding this very soon. They have separate dog & cat wards and their cat ward is heated and has cat friendly lighting.
Their team are second to none - they really enjoy each others company, collaborating on cases and the odd team day out too.
As their RVN, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of their practice and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
Working with the nursing and wider support team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
Assisting with surgical procedures, anaesthesia monitoring, and patient care
Collaborating with the whole team to optimise patient care and client satisfaction
About You:
Must be registered with the RCVS
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills
A commitment to providing exceptional care to both patients and clients
Rota:
This role is ideally a 4 day week, but they can be flexible if you are looking for 3 days. The weekend rota is 1:3 Saturdays.
